This class focuses on the Classical order of the basic Pilates exercises while applying the Pilates principles — Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Breathing and Flow. You’ll learn how to do the exercises correctly and how they relate to one another. Classical Pilates always has a deliberate pace, so you can expect a great work out while you’re refining learning and practicing the basics. All levels welcome!

11:00 - 11:55 Classical Pilates Power Mat Level 2-3

In this rhythmic, New York style Classical Pilates class we dive and flow through the Intermediate Classical Pilates repertoire, while breaking down a few advanced exercises. Susan will always include focus and flow points with variations from Pilates elders such as Kathy Grant, Jay Grimes and of course Romana Kryzanowska!

12:15 - 13:00 Pilates + Barre + Sweat

The instructor Susan has always coined this class her “Celebrity Workout”. A fusion of Barre, HIIT, strength training, yoga and Pilates set to music — you’ll find your strength, length, sweat and have fun!
